Marine Green Sheaffer Tuckaway Statesman fountain pen - fine point

This is a second generation Sheaffer Triumph. My favorite generation with a striped celluloid grip section. It is in nearly perfect condition. The only flaw is darkening of the barrel transparency. Otherwise there is no blemish, flaw or loss of plating.

Sheaffer did not mark their pens with the nib size. Though they did mark it on the sticker. This one may be a fine or possibly a medium. The point is smooth and wet with an upturned Waverly shape that Sheaffer preferred. They advertised it allowed smooth writing at any angle.
