Green Sheaffer Balance Premier (OS) pen & pencil - Vacuum-fil - Window pane barrel - Fine point

People tend to call this pen an OverSize or OS. It is already quite aptly named the Premier.

This is an interesting variant that I haven't seen in any Sheaffer catalog. Rather than alternating green and transparent stripes, this pen has large panels of green celluloid and 2 large window pane panels of transparent celluloid. These windows have darkened, or ambered, slightly reddish. They remain transparent with good clarity.

Otherwise, there is a bit of plating wear at the edges of the clip ball but  the celluloid is perfect, the nib is luscious and the filling system is perfect. I've restored it with modern materials and the vacuum is almost strong enough to use as a pogo stick.
