Sheaffer made Triumph era pens (1941-1948) in two general sizes - large & slim. This is not accounting for the Tuckaway since that is simply a standard pen with a shorter length barrel and a funky "clip". The Valiant, Sentinel Deluxe, & Crest Deluxe are the large models.
This pen is in good condition. The end of the clip has plating wear. The ink view grip section has darkened so it is not as transparent as it once was. The barrel was formed from flat celluloid sheet that was welded into a cylinder. The seam has been inelegantly repaired. The weld is solid but it is not the prettiest - see the photo.
The nib is wet and smooth and the filling system has been restored with modern materials that will last for years.
