1942 Gray Sheaffer Triumph - Vacuum-Fil - medium-broad

In my experience first generation Sheaffer Triumph nibs almost always have extra-fine or fine points. I have restored dozens and dozens of these pens and have seen few with broad nibs. This nib is unusual and it is delicious.

The pen is very nice. The celluloid is in excellent condition with very good transparency and clarity. The chrome plating is excellent. Chrome plating on vintage pens of the 1930s and 1940s is not always this nice.

The filling system has been restored with modern synthetic materials. They will last for decades with an occasional bit of silicone grease applied to the filler rod. The filler restoration is guaranteed for at least one year.
